Well, this is my 3D modeling for

LEICA M8 camera.

It looks simple...

Just using white, black, and red color with

some patterns to decorate it.

 I'm BACK!!!

Yeah...i'm back to Sunway again, from

Sabah trip, from my hometown, Sarawak.

This is the longest holiday i

ever had...but it ends.

I went to work as a part timer

for the 1st time in this holiday.

I had my 1st trip with my

friends to Sabah, KK.

It's really a good experience working

as a part timer. I meet many different

people n do the things i never do before.

And it is very tired as I had to play

game with kids for the whole day

when I was working. But it is still

very fun for me.

Then, I went for a Sabah trip

with my friends. It is quite fun also,

having so many people

traveling together to Sabah.

We visited many places

in Sabah, KK.

I think the place they like the most

is the cow farm. It's very comfortable and

beautiful. It doesn't looks like

Malaysia at all...haha

Anyway, we've meet two new

friends at KK which is Sleve and Linkon

(if I didn't spell wrong)

Thanks to them because they brought

us to many nice places.

Pulau Ketam and Melacca trip

I went to Pulau Ketam yesterday(11/03)

for shooting. I always thinking to go

there for shooting because I heard from

people that Pulau Ketam is a nice

place for shooting.

After I went there, I found that

there is full of rubbish and

I can't find any interesting view or

things to shoot at.

Maybe is the weather because

it was a rainy day, and also

maybe is because my skill

is not good. Any way, we decided

to cycle around the place and

it is quite fun too.

At the next day of Pulau Ketam trip,

I went to Melacca for another

shooting trip with Travin, Cherly, Orilia, and Jason.

Melacca is really a nice place for

shooting. Many nice old buildings,

nice sky, and also nice peoples that

always tell us which place is nice

for shooting or which restaurant is nice

to eat. I really had fun in this trip but also

I felt very tired after I came back

to Sunway. Here are some shots that

I took. Enjoy it!

Web Design Final progress + user testing/comment

This is my web design.

The website I redesign is www.aeiou.com.my.

a.e.i.o.u. is a company that sell

gift, gift box, wrapping paper...

The 1st page is only navigation button to

get into the web page.

It looks different than other pages because

I not yet code it in dreamweaver.

I'm going to add some rollover effects for the

navigation to make it more interesting.

So, my website is basically look like

the pictures below. 

Please give me some comment/suggestion 

so that i can improve my website.

new laptop!!!

I just bought a new laptop for few days.

And, thanks to my mom and dad, I

got this MAC Book silver.

It's a good looking laptop

and also very user friendly.

It's different from windows.

I'm still learning to use it and I found

that it's quite easy to use.

I like it very much...

Now, i'm waiting my old Acer laptop

to be fixed and get all my important

files out. It's been almost 4 weeks already =.=

Portrait shooting for photography assignment

I shoot these photos for my

school's photography class assignment.

My model is Nick.

I tried 4 different lighting which is:

Natural sun light, light from window,

flash light + reflector, and fluorescent light.

Outdoor model shooting for final project

Went to shooting with Travin.

Gypsy is our model.

It's quite fun shooting portrait

at KL area.

I used these photos as my

photography class final

project's progress.

Seremban

Went to Seremban with my video group

few weeks ago.

We went there to research and see the place

that we going to shoot our video documentary.

We went to see this temple at Seremban

after we finish our researching.

Project Concept Proposal
Project definition---This project is about redesign the website of a.e.i.o.u. Studio.This company is selling stationery and gift products for both localand international markets.Some part of the website used flash to design.Overall visual of the website is quite nice.The problem of the website is they didn't show clearlywhat they are selling. For user who log in to the website for1st time would not know what did this website is all about.I also found out that the design of the website is not reallyrelated to their product. It confusing users.For pages about their products, they didn't showwhich button is clickable. Users hav to explorethemself. Overall of the design is abit boringexecpt for the visual. The size of the font is too smalland very hard to read.
Current Site’s Analysis Goals---This website is to provide user information about the companyand their products. They also provide ways to contact themsuch as telephone number and address of their studio.Besides that, another function fo the website is as anonline catalogue. User/customers can look for theproduct they want in the website. They also provide detailinformation of every product they have. They also willshow the service that they have for their costumers.

Client’s Analysis---a.e.i.o.u studio started since 1996. They have flourished with morethan 10 years of experience in stationery and gift products for bothlocal and international markets. Their product range carries a myriad ofhandmade cards designed for all occasions. They even have cardstailored to fit their customer's specific theme or event. Their utopia is - to define your every need and sprout them into an "art expression" with our expertise to create a compelling message.

Short & Long-term Site Goals---Image and identity of the company should stronglyshow in the website. The website should let peopleknow what are they selling and what is about thewebsite. Besides that, the website should be moreuser friendly. For example, navigation/clickeble partof the website should showed clearly. Design/visualif the website to always related to what they're selling.Simple and nice design should suit this websitebecause the products and informations are themain focus. Besides that, simple design is moreeasy for user to explore. Simple flash should addinto the website to make it more interesting.Way to shows their product(pop up window) in detail should remain the same. Font size should be biggerto increase the readability. News about ther latestevent should always been updated to attract userto visit their website. Besides that, the website canprovide free download of computer desktop wallpaper.It's an nother way to sell their design and products becauseit can make user interested in their design.

Target Audience---No sepecific target audience. The website is designed for people who wanted tobuy gift products. No specific age, gender, oroccupation. Their products are for everyone.Website can provide a page for costumers/visitorsto leave their messages only for their family,friends, or the loved ones.

experiment on shooting beer bottle

I was experimenting to shoot

beer bottle today(18/01/2009)

becaus i'm going to do product shooting

for my photography final project.

This was the 1st time for me

to do this kind of shooting.

After experimenting for around 3-4 hours,

i get some photo that I think is

ok. Well, I'll share it here and do

give comment on it...

for me to improve.

went to sooting at Asia Heritage Row.

I don't want to talk much about it...

because i'm tired after came back

remote switch testing...

I've bought a remote switch

for my camera two weeks ago.

After I've bought it, i do not

have time to try it...

and also I do not have chance to try it.

So, I decided to shoot some night

photos by using it today, after I

had my dinner at Sunway Pyramid.

After my dinner alone,

I walked out and have my shooting session.

Here are few of the photo that i shot

tonight. It's quite an interesting

experience using remote switch to shoot

low shutter speed photo.

Our lecturer let us to try her

Large Format Camera...

which is an very old version of camera.

She told us that it cost around 5000USD. wahh!!

So...i'm very happy to c n try it...

And i also played canon 5D mark II today....haha

school holiday

It's time to end my school holiday.

I came back to KL from hometown.

I had enough rest

at home and now...

I'm preparing for new term,

new challenge.

So, I share the photos i

took while i having my

holiday at hometown.

Uluyam and Genting Highland shooting...

Yeah! Finally it's holiday!

We had been rusing for

assignments, projects for whole term.

Now, is time for us to rest and have

some fun! Haha...

So, me, zermi, travin, cherly, and jamie

decided to have a shooting session

at Uluyam.

We drive to the place and start

shooting. I found that there

was nothing to shoot at...

although there is a waterfall.

After that, we have a crazy idea,

which is go to Genting Highland for

shooting...

After we reach Genting Highland,

we start to find views and things to

shoot at. But...we still can't

find any interesting or

beautiful thing to shoot at =.=

So, we decided to have dinner at Genting.

After having dinner, we want to go

home =.=

It's really crazy that we drive

for so long to Genting Highland

just for dinner.

So, our trip end here... =.="
